Company: Tapwave
Spokesperson: Tapwave Co-Founder Bryon Connell
During the 2004 Electronic Entertainment Expo, the hosts of General Protection Fault talked with Byron Connell of Tapwave, a company dedicated to bringing “the most fun and function in mobile entertainment gear.”
According to Tapwave, the Zodiac is the world’s first mobile entertainment console, reminiscent of the old Sega Game Gear handheld, except with more offerings. A Game Boy mixed with the functionality and operating system of a Palm, the Zodiac can provide fun, fashion and usefulness, all in one small, sleek package.
Bryon Connell, Co-Founder and Senior VP of Marketing for Tapwave, provided us with all of the information we needed to know about the Zodiac. He began our discussion by explaining when and why Tapwave came into being.
